Zero-knowledge · iOS

Even we can't see your health data.

Your medical history, kept where it belongs — on your phone.

MedRecall tracks your medications, doctors, conditions and vitals, and can pull in records from your hospital's patient portal — without ever sending your records to a server. There isn't one.

See it in action

Under a minute, start to finish.

A quick walkthrough of adding a doctor, logging a medication, and pulling up the Medical ID card — all without ever leaving your phone.

The architecture is the pitch

No backend means no breach to worry about.

Everything stays on-device

Doctors, medications, visit notes and vitals are stored locally on your iPhone — MedRecall has no patient database to secure, and nothing to lose in a breach. Even we can’t see your health data.

Keychain-secured access

Sign-in to hospital patient portals uses PKCE, and access tokens live in the iOS Keychain — the same vault iOS uses for passwords.

You choose your own backup

Back up to iCloud, Google Drive or OneDrive — or don't. Backups are opt-in and go to storage you already control, never to a MedRecall server.

What's inside

One place for everything a visit generates.

Built around how a real medical history actually accumulates — across doctors, prescriptions, and years of appointments.

Hospital patient-portal import

Connect your hospital's patient portal and MedRecall pulls in visit notes, conditions and medications — no retyping years of history by hand.

Medications & dose log

Dosage, schedule and a "mark as taken" log per medication, with recurring reminders tied to the exact prescription.

Doctors & visits

Every provider in one directory, with appointments, follow-ups and recorded visit notes attached to the right doctor.

Conditions & vitals

Track ongoing conditions alongside blood pressure, weight and other vitals, linked back to the visits that mention them.

Reports, ready to hand over

Generate a clean PDF by doctor, medication, condition or date range — built for the next appointment or a new provider.

Medical ID

A single emergency card — allergies, conditions and medications — ready to show without unlocking the rest of the app.

Ask MedRecall

An on-device assistant that searches across your doctors, medications and notes to answer plain-language questions.

Inside the app

Familiar structure, none of the clutter.

A flat, five-tab layout instead of the nested menus most patient-portal apps bury you in.
